BEAUTY ADVISOR PLATINUM H/F

TASKS

• Boosts the sales of the brands in all axes.
• Know and reach the targets.
• Anticipate, reformulate the needs of the customers.
• Shortly, correctly and clearly advise the customer, propose a routine program.
• Propose systematically a “flash make-up” (2’ Aura, 7 products-7’,…)
• Ensure with the supervisor that the promotion is well set up and fully stocked: products, testers, blotters, POP, gifts…
• Give feedback on the progress of the promotion / launch.
• Analyze the results of the promotion / launch
• Be reactive and convey any important situation occurring (space, circulation in the shop, promotion opportunities…) in the shop

STARTING DATE

WORKING PLACE

• Zaventem Airport OR Charleroi Airport

WORKING HOURS

• 8 hours/day from 6 AM to 8PM
• Full time or part time

CONDITIONS :

• Salary : 2900€/month
• Holiday + end of year bonus
• Other primes

PROFILE

• Fluent in French Dutch and English
• Expérience > 5 years years in similar activity or sector
• Long-termin vision in the function
